A few kilometers located from Bergamo is a true amusement park spectacle. Minitalia Leolandia is a fun amusement park for families with as many as 40 different roller coasters for young and old. Lake Iseo has a temperate maritime climate. This ensures that the average temperature in the winter months is not as low as expected and it is slightly less hot in the summers. The Monte Isola island located in the middle of Lake Iseo is a 60-meter-high mountain covered with chestnut forests.
If you catch a plane to Lake Iseo, the most recommended airports nearby are those of Verona and Milan-Bergamo.
Should you want to swim in Lake Iseo, there are several sunbathing areas with grass. There are also a number of beaches with fine gravel sand. Water shoes are not necessarily required for that.
