Camping Castell Montgri at the Costa Brava
Camping Castell Montgri is just a few minutes walking from the beautiful beach on the lively Costa Brava. In the high season you can take the shuttle bus from the campsite to the charming fishing village L'Estartit. Next to this, there are plenty of facilities on the campsite itself. For example, spend your energy on one of the various sports fields, such as basketball, tennis or handball. Tournaments are often held in which you can take part in. The little ones can lose their energy on the dance floor of the mini disco. Furthermore, they can cuddle the animals in the petting zoo. There are activities for the whole family.
Swimming pools at camping Castell Montgri
At the campsite you will find 3 swimming pools. In the largest swimming pool, Panorama, you can enjoy the water with the whole family or relax on one of the many sunbeds. From your lounger you have a beautiful view over the Spanish landscape. Swimming pool Ombra is a more active swimming pool where you can slide down the many water slides. For more relaxation you can enjoy the waterfall in the cave pool La Bassa at the top of the campsite.
Camping Castell Montgri near Girona and Barcelona
From the campsite you can plan a visit to Girona (26 miles) and Barcelona (86mi). In this city you will be immersed in the art of Gaudi, or take a stroll along the Ramblas. A visit to the Sagrada Familia and Camp Nou cannot be missed. Active excursions such as cycling or parachuting can also be done in the surrounding area. It is clear that you do not have to be bored in this environment.
